Momentum

Momentum was part of a research of our ground material - melamine-covered particle boards.
To understand matter and material we made a square of the material we work with.
The collection is made from post-consumer waste.

The collection materialized from a cubicle of vertically aligned particle boards. Working dogmatically only vertically extending some of the boards upwards or downwards creates a backrest, legs, height, or whatever is needed to create other furniture.

The ornament of the individual pieces was made with a router. The traces of the router has then been filled with white pigment and wood filler.
Being a post-consumer material the boards had holes from joins and other purposes.
The holes became the autonomy of the router, connecting the holes making an abstract and organic ornament.
